About the role
As a Back-end Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our products' back-end systems. You will work on optimizing complex domains and ensuring that our solutions meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead back-end development and data modeling
- Design and develop new features
- Improve and maintain existing functionalities
- Conduct research on new technologies, core technologies, and libraries
Requirements
- Experience leading back-end development
- High design and programming skills
- Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures
- Experience with web services development, operations, and improvement
- TypeScript development experience
- Experience designing and implementing backend APIs
- Experience designing accurate data models based on business requirements
- Experience in system architecture design
- Experience applying software design patterns to build clean and maintainable solutions
- Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese without significant impediments
- Enough English language proficiency to read technical documents
Qualifications
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with tRPC
- Experience with Prisma
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with AWS infrastructure management
- Experience with type-safe languages
- Experience working in a team (including design reviews and code reviews)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies
- Experience improving development efficiency (CI/CD, etc.)
- Experience with web security
- Experience with testing
- Experience with B2B enterprise web service development
- Experience making technology choices
- Experience with large-scale service design, operation, and construction
- Active communication about technical matters
