About the role

The Clinic Manager oversees scheduling, training, and supervision of Medical Assistants and Receptionists, and manages clinic operations including inventory, ordering, quality assurance, and diagnostic operations (laboratory, respiratory, radiology, etc.). The role involves filling in for clerical responsibilities as needed, participating in community outreach, and networking with key stakeholders in the clinic area and county.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, training, and oversight of Medical Assistants and Receptionists
• Oversee clinic operations, including inventory, ordering, and quality assurance
• Coordinate laboratory, respiratory, radiology, and other diagnostic operations
• Cover clerical responsibilities as needed
• Participate in community outreach and networking with stakeholders
• Travel for orientation and future meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in clerical/office support work OR education sufficient to demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding, computers, business software, office practices, electronic medical records software, and AI tools
• Proficiency in PC computers and spreadsheet software
• Proven experience in supervising others, including training and tracking methods
• Knowledge of quality indicators and performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Ability to multitask, work under stressful situations, and interact effectively with the public and staff
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible
• Must pass required state and federal background checks per NRS 449 and NRS 200

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical setting preferred
• Prior supervisory experience required

Pay

$66,560 - $79,040 annually
