Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with the petroleum industry to establish regulatory compliance.
- Inspection activities of fuel quality sampling, small volume, large volume, and LPG meter inspections based out of Dona Ana County (Southwest New Mexico).
- Developing relationships with industry, training and field reference materials.
- Working with other inspectors throughout the state to gain knowledge on all inspection procedures.
- Addressing equipment needs to ensure a safe work environment for all area staff.
- Participating in weights and measures events.
- Completing device inspections by maintaining an inspection area and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as approved by Human Resource Services.
