About the role
This is a hospital-based locums anesthesiology assignment with a rotating monthly schedule.
- Standard weeks (3 weeks/month): Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm
- Call week (1 week/month): Monday–Thursday, 7:00 pm–7:00 am (no daytime hours that week)
- No call responsibilities during the remaining three weeks each month
- Running 4 operating rooms
Responsibilities
- Bread-and-butter cases: OB, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, acute pain management, preoperative evaluation
- Rare trauma cases possible
- No cardiac or neurosurgical (heads) cases
Requirements
- Board certification required
