NJ - Fabrication Associate - Branchburg, NJ

About the role

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks including PVC pipe gluing and cutting, plastic and metal welding, machine maintenance, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects in a timely manner
• Optimize material layout for material savings
• Understand basic shop equipment such as table saws, drill presses, mills and lathes
• Comfortable with tape measure and blueprint reading
• Work unassisted in the completion of various fabrication projects
• Utilize the most efficient means to complete a project
• Support CNC operations
• Aid in material preparation for fabrication
• Assist in material handling
• Perform housekeeping duties

Requirements

• 5 plus years manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Lathes, Milling Machines, Brakes, Presses, and woodshop equipment
• Plastic Fabrication and plumbing experience knowledge
• High School Diploma and College Degree or Trade School Certificate
• Carpentry skills
