NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Weekends

Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its award‑winning team. The center earned the 2025 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living, recognizing its excellence in long‑term and post‑acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay

• Up to $25.00 per hour.
• $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time CNA hires.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time CNA hires.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend differentials.
