Role Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Emissions controls systems, throttle body injections, anti-lock brake systems, cruise control, drivability problems, import fuel injection, ignition, auto transmissions, AC systems, four-wheel drive internal components, elevating electrical and non-computerized issues and accessory installations.
- Evaluate and Implement: The Technician's Repair Order in accordance with the warranty guidelines and Nissan's standards.
- Communicate and Document: Consult with Service Advisors regarding vehicle issues, repairs, costs, and anticipated time of work completion. Document condition of vehicle at the point of intake and maintain accurate reports of repair and work performed.
- Partner with Parts Department: Regarding components needed to complete the Repair Order.
Employee Prerequisites
- Nissan Technician Training and/or ASE Certifications required.
- Pay based on training and experience.
- Verbal and written communication must be proficient.
- Able to understand and interpret documents and manuals.
- Flexible schedule.
