Chelsea Piers Connecticut's Ninja + Parkour coaching team might just be the right fit for you! The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will enjoy sharing their knowledge of parkour and ninja with athletes of all ages and levels. This is a part-time job with flexible hours that can be catered to your schedule! Perfect for college students or an adult looking to have a little fun in the evening after their day job! Schedule: Part-Time, 10+ hours per week. Mainly weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Compensation: $18-$25/hour, depending on experience Primary Responsibilities Teach parkour, ninja classes, and camp activitiesCreate a fun, safe, and productive environmentAttend all scheduled hoursCreate and implement age/skill appropriate curriculum for classesFollow rotation schedule Track class attendanceUse positive communication with athletes, families and co-workersTeach and continue to learn and implement best practice Qualifications At least one year of experience in parkour, ninja warrior training, or related movement disciplines required.Previous coaching or teaching experience required.Exhibits an energetic, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.Ability to work independently or within a group.Willingness to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers in a collaborative environmentEnjoys working in a team environmentMust be energetic and enthusiasticPunctual and reliable.
