What You’ll Do

• Operate Ningbo equipment according to established procedures and production requirements
• Load and unload materials or components into the machine safely and efficiently
• Maintain machine performance and adjust as needed within training guidelines
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies and report them to supervision
• Perform basic troubleshooting or stop equipment when safety or quality issues arise
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Meet assigned production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

This position is Mon-Fri, 5am-1pm.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely operate equipment and tools associated with production processes
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel-toe shoes and safety glasses
