About the role

In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. LPNs who thrive here value meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the reassurance of knowing support is always available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the home, focusing on your patient and delivering care with confidence and consistency.
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric home health care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

• Skilled in providing one-on-one care in the home setting.
• Effective communicator with pediatric patients and families.
• Ability to follow clear and concise instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Schedule

Hours vary based on patient needs and may include evenings and weekends.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
