Nightlife Manager - MGM National Harbor

The Role

Lead the vibe, the energy, and the experience across nightlife and cocktail venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage and nightlife operations across venues.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional, on-brand service experiences.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory levels, and cost controls.
• Collaborate on and execute marketing strategies to boost revenue and engagement.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing beverage team.
• Ensure smooth execution of schedules, staffing levels, and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
• Oversee inventory and ordering for liquor, beer, wine, and supplies.
• Stay deeply knowledgeable on all menu items, beverage offerings, and presentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred).

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $63,800.00 - $85,000.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
