But note we already have Benefits section separate; we might not repeat benefits in About the role. However the About the role paragraph includes benefits description; we could keep it but maybe better to keep benefits separate and not duplicate. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove benefits from About the role, we lose that detail unless we put it in Benefits section. So we should keep benefits in Benefits section and maybe keep a brief overview in About the role without benefits. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep the overview about company culture, mission, etc., and move benefits to Benefits section. That's fine. Thus About the role: overview paragraph about company culture, mission, etc. Let's extract: "Shape a remarkable future with us. Build a career working for an industry leader that truly invests in their people - and equips them with leading technology, continuous learning, and the ability to bring their best selves to work. As the preeminent wine and spirits distributor, Southern Glazer's isn't just one of Forbes' Top Private Companies; it's a family-owned business with deep roots dating back to 1933. This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to build the future of beverage distribution and grow with a company that truly cares about its people." That's good. Note there is also "Additional Primary Responsibilities" heading but no extra list after it; maybe it's just a duplicate heading; we ignore.
Now Requirements: Could include Physical Demands and maybe Minimum Qualifications? But we have Qualifications section for education/experience etc. Let's split:
Requirements: Physical Demands (maybe also ability to work schedule etc). We'll list physical demands.
Physical Demands list:
- Considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
- Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
We could also include schedule here but we have separate Schedule section.
Now Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications list.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience with material delivery or distribution
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with other employees
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service in all aspects of the job
- Knowledge of company objectives
- Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Understands the importance of detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills in all applicable programs
- Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
Now Skills: Could be overlapping with Qualifications; but we can separate skills like communication, customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, computer skills, problem solving. However to avoid duplication, maybe we can put Skills as a subset of Qualifications? But instruction: Use sections for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need a Skills section if there is specific content. We can extract skills from Minimum Qualifications that are skill-based: communication, customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, computer skills, problem solving, ability to anticipate and solve practical problems. We'll list them.
But we must not repeat same content verbatim across sections; but we can rephrase? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we move items from Qualifications to Skills, we still preserve them; they appear in Skills section. However they'd also appear in Qualifications if we keep them there; that would be duplication. We could decide to put only the explicit skill items in Skills and keep the rest (education, experience) in Qualifications. Let's parse Minimum Qualifications list: items:
1. High School diploma or equivalent (education)
2. 1-3 years of experience with material delivery or distribution (experience)
3. Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with other employees (skill)
4. Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service in all aspects of the job (skill)
5. Knowledge of company objectives (knowledge)
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment (attribute)
7. Understands the importance of detail and accuracy (attribute)
8. Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others (skill/teamwork)
9. Excellent interpersonal skills (skill)
10. Excellent computer skills in all applicable programs (skill)
11. Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues (skill)
Thus we can put education/experience/knowledge/attribute in Qualifications, and skills in Skills.
Qualifications section content:
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues

Schedule section: Hours: Sunday- Thursday, 6:00 pm- 3:30 am.
Now About the role: we have paragraph earlier.
We also have Location: Shirley, NY. Should we include? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short
maybe under About the role or separate? Probably we can include a short paragraph with location. Since we have About the role already, we could add location there or separate
. But we must not create extra headings for minor metadata. So
