Night Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This is a hands-on, working supervisor position starting at 5 PM and ending when the work is complete. Reporting to the Night Warehouse Manager, the Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising a group of warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks as necessary to ensure that work is complete and proper usage of available resources.
• Assisting in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, and checking-in merchandise.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required.
• Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Basic math calculations ability.
• Licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Self-directed individual.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a warehouse that is accessible and safe for company personnel and LFF visitors.
• Read pick tickets and/or requisitions to select and assemble product for customer orders.
• Implement established food safety practices throughout all warehouse employees.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, push/pull, lift/carry, or exert force of up to 75 lbs. or more.
• Reach above the shoulder, kneel, crawl, bend or stoop frequently.

Pay

$48,000 - $52,000 annually.

Schedule

Hours: 5 PM until complete
Days off: Saturday & alternating Wednesday/Friday
