Night Warehouse Selector

Join our warehouse team and build a career with a leading foodservice industry company. Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, skills, and location, with an expected base rate between $24.27 and $27.85 per hour. Selector associates start at $24.27/hour and may receive a $5,000 retention bonus, overtime pay, productivity-based incentives, shift differentials, and freezer premiums.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 p.m. start time
• 8-12 hour shifts
• Average 40-45 hours per week
• Weekends and holidays may be required

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
• Move products from racks to pallets using order-selecting software and equipment
• Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage-free
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders
• Clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging area

Requirements

• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift
• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety coaching, and job-related tasks
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred
