Night Warehouse Order Selector

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 10+ hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Pay

The expected base rate for this role is between $27.50/hour and $36.05/hour, with additional overtime compensation and incentive compensation based on productivity and quality.

Schedule

• Training/start dates: Monday, August 31st or Monday, September 21st.
• 4-day schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 5:30 PM until completion.
• 5-day schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 PM until completion.
• Days and hours subject to change based on business needs.
