Night Trash Collector

Ally Waste is actively hiring for ongoing, part-time Trash Collector positions in your area. Due to continued growth and new community partnerships, we are continuously building a pipeline of reliable team members for current and upcoming openings.

About the role

As a Trash Valet (Valet Service Team Member), you play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and earning extra income with a part-time evening schedule.

Schedule

• 5 nights per week (Sunday–Thursday evenings)
• Start time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1–2 hours per night (around 5–10 hours per week)
• All major holidays off

Pay

• $25.00–$65.00 per night
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
• 401k available after 90 days tenure

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation (open bed pickup truck preferred)
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs
• Ability to be active for 1–2 hours
