Night Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

The Night Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the evening operations of REMS' property management by leading the cleaning team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, dependable, and flexible with their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met across properties
• Provide direction, training, and support to team members working evening shifts
• Perform hands-on cleaning, property upkeep, and coverage support when needed
• Respond to staffing needs and assist with schedule coverage when team members are unavailable
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Passionate about laundry, cleaning, and providing a spotless end product
• Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Highly motivated, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities on short notice
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple properties as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Schedule

This is a full-time evening position working approximately 30–35 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday from 4:30 pm to 12:00 am. Scheduling may vary based on business demands, property needs, and staffing coverage.
