Night Stock Associate

About the role

This role is responsible for displaying and stocking products, ensuring financial best interests of the store, and adhering to company guidelines for guest experience, safety, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Show familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know their product locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments.
• Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Retail or related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented.

Skills

• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Bending, stooping, twisting, and turning frequently.
• Exposure to varied temperatures and outside weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a retail store environment.
