Requirements

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing
• Maintain safety of residents
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
