Night Shift Stocking Coordinator

Salary Range: $17.05 - $21.32*

About the Role

As a Coordinator in our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise reaches the designated end-destination in a timely fashion. You will work closely with the leadership team on problem resolution and to ensure inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and does not have direct reports.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
• Problem solving receipt issues with outside business partners
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals
• Verify merchandise is received correctly
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Effective communication with leadership, business partners, and customers
• Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving
• Open to learning and developing new skills and processes
• Ability to use and/or learn an RF Scanner
• Ability to work a pre-set schedule
• Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Understanding of the English language both written and verbal
• Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process

Pay

The hourly rate is $19.75. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
