About the role

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents and enjoys working in a supportive, family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Maintain vigilance over residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes promptly
• Collaborate with nurses and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and their families

Requirements

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and professional demeanor
• Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
