Night Shift Slice Wrapper Relief Operator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency with all wrapper machines
• Assist Supervisors, Leads and Machine Operators with general labor and machine operator duties
• Provide break coverage to slice wrapper operators
• Follow all related Standard Operating Procedures
• Clean and set up equipment for inspection and start up
• Ongoing Chemical, GMP and HACCP training
• Powdered Industrial Truck Training and Certification
• Manage multiple assignments
• Work in a safe and proficient manner

Skills And Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Math and Reading skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of ROSS, HMI, Powered Industrial Trucks
• Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other Quality guidelines
• Maintain highest quality standards for plant and equipment cleanliness
• Report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs

Schedule

Night Shift: 5:45pm to 6:00am Monday - Friday, frequent Saturday
