Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a patient-focused environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established policies and procedures.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current Montana License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within the first year of employment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.

Schedule
Full-time, night shift RN; 12-hour shifts. Part-time and PRN night shifts available.
