What You'll Work On
The Production Operator is responsible for all tasks associated with retort or aseptically sterilizing, filling and sealing of Infant and Medical Nutritionals. Functions include, but are not limited to the operation of all related filling, processing and sterilizing equipment and sampling responsibilities. The operator will also be responsible for safety, general housekeeping and team support. Operators may also be required to operate finishing equipment (depalletizer, labeler, casepacker, capper, etc.)
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Schedule
This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and allows you to have every other weekend off.

- Week 3: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun – OFF
- Week 4: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment
Pay
The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
