Night Shift Order Selector

About the role

Our organization seeks a Warehouse Selector responsible for picking, gathering, and organizing products to prepare orders for delivery, contributing to feeding communities and supporting local families.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select items using order sheets or audio headsets.
• Stack products on pallets, ensuring proper wrapping and safety standards.
• Operate equipment such as walkie-rider or electric pallet jacks.
• Perform equipment inspections and report discrepancies.
• Handle products safely, including lifting, bending, pulling, and using cutting tools.
• Ensure order accuracy and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work in temperature-varied environments including refrigerated and frozen areas.
• Stay active, standing and moving for most of the shift.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be capable of frequent lifting (1-60+ lbs), walking 6-12 miles daily, and working on multiple levels.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle sharp objects is essential.
