Night Shift Nurse – LPN RN

Position Information

Role: Night Shift Nurse
Available: Full-Time and Part-Time
Hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Location: Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle, Indiana
Shift: Overnight
Scheduling: Weekday availability is required, along with working every other holiday. Occasional weekend coverage may be needed based on resident care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on each resident’s individual needs and plan of care
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team regarding resident status and care needs
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
• Follow applicable regulations, nursing standards, and Hamilton Grove policies
• Work cooperatively with staff across different areas of the community

Required

• Current, active Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependable and professional approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
• Commitment to treating residents with dignity and compassion

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or senior living
• Background caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia
• Experience working across multiple levels of senior care
