Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time LPN for a 12-hour night shift rotation at Tuscaloosa County Jail in Alabama. The position offers a 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shift every other weekend.Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Respond to routine and urgent medical needs during overnight hours
- Work independently while collaborating with on-call and onsite teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow established clinical protocols and standards
