About the role

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time LPN to join our Night Shift team at Tuscaloosa County Jail. The position offers a 12-hour night shift rotation from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Respond to routine and urgent medical needs during overnight hours
• Work independently while collaborating with on-call and onsite teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow established clinical protocols and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current Alabama LPN license
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
