Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health - Southern Pittsburgh

About the role

Angels of Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. This role offers flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain patient condition and complete assessments
• Educate and support families
• Follow individualized plan of care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN 8–16 hour shifts available
