Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Full-time and part-time night shift positions available; every other weekend required. $2/hour shift differential.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work toward the common goal of excellent resident care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence) in interactions with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
