CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year as a shift leader/manager in either the restaurant or other industry where skills are transferable.
  • Full 24/7 - 365 availability (including holidays)
  • Able to work a minimum of 30 and 40 hours a week (up to 5 days a week)
  • Able to work night shift (3P-9:30P)
  • Superior Guest Service

  • Balanced Labor Management
  • No Compromise Cash and Product Controls
  • Able to learn and assist in management related functions
  • Team member selection, Training, Scheduling, Coaching, Performance reviews
  • Provide excellent guest service while maintaining highly disciplined brand operational standards
  • Sales building and community rapport
  • Maintain profitability goals
