About the Role
As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards
- Oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown
- Drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance
- Work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Lead a team effectively and work independently
Requirements
- Work nights in an overnight position (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (2nd chance employer depending on outcome—be upfront)
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Overnight crew experience preferred but not required

Pay
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
