About the Role
Supervise poultry processing in the debone department while meeting established safety, quality, and production standards. Lead the Debone team to accomplish set production goals and support Allen Harim’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the production of birds to meet established Cut-Up, Deboning, Packing, and quality standards.
- Ensure the safety and health of employees through awareness, training, accident prevention, incident investigations, and safe work practices.
- Meet or exceed established yield requirements in all departments.
- Maintain safety and loss prevention, including training subordinates and new employees.
- Coordinate daily production flow with the Shipping Superintendent.
- Directly supervise departmental supervisors and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Calculate and distribute processing reports to managers and supervisors.
- Administer discipline and control to achieve effective inter- and intra-departmental relationships and communications.
- Supervise special projects and other assigned activities.
- Assist the Shift Manager and coordinate production with the First Processing Superintendent.
- Advise and suggest cross-training and developmental opportunities for employees.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Poultry Science or related field with a minimum of three years of processing experience, or a minimum of five years of experience as a processing supervisor.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with managers, superintendents, supervisors, and support departments.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising plant employees and operations in debone, cut-up, and wing areas.
