- Design and execute custom woodworking projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Woodworking, Furniture Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing
- Strong technical skills in woodworking machinery and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Experience with CNC machines
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices
