Night Shift CNA - Skilled Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, and transfers.
• Supporting residents during meals, including escorting, feeding, and meal prep.
• Performing housekeeping tasks like bed making, laundry, and room cleaning as needed.
• Leading and supporting life enrichment activities and encouraging participation in scheduled programs.
• Taking vital signs and recording weights as required.
• Participating in training, education, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications And Skills

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant, with CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Preferred two years of healthcare experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 250 lbs, and perform physically active tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• This role requires physical activity, long hours, and night shifts.
• No travel is expected, but occasional travel for training may occur.
