Night Shift Automotive Fleet Technician - Lynn, MA
About the role
Servicing delivery vans and DOT vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site
Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation

Responsibilities
- Perform servicing of delivery vans and DOT vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site
- Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
- Advance repairs and state inspections
- Train for this role in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site
Requirements
- 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT regulated inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake related services
- Must have DOT Brake Certification, or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years of age
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- ASE Certification (s) are preferred
- Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests, electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience is preferred
Skills
- DOT Brake Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certification (s)
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics and road testing
- Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems

Pay
$28-35/hr
Schedule
Location would be operating 7 days a week.
2nd Shift: 3PM-2AM
3rd Shift: 9PM-7AM
