Night Service Manager

Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking a Night Service Manager for their large, Lewis-owned communities in Antelope, CA.
Responsibilities
- Parking enforcement of resident, guest, and visitor vehicles
- Property patrols, including walking the property for safety, minor maintenance, delivering notices, and customer service to residents and guests
- Completing simple maintenance requests for residents
- Responding to resident complaints and issues, and completing incident reports for each shift
- Providing an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with the public/customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently

Schedule
This full-time career works evenings and late into the night. Walking the community and using stairs will be required for the position. Days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
