Night Service Manager

Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking a Night Service Manager for their full-time evening/night hours career starting at 5:30pm/6pm for 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Parking enforcement of resident, guest, and visitor vehicles.
- Property patrols, including walking the property for safety, minor maintenance, delivering notices, and customer service to residents and guests.
- Completing simple maintenance requests for residents.
- Responding to resident complaints and issues, and completing incident reports for each shift.
- Ensuring an "overall 'customer service-first approach'" to Lewis residents.
Requirements
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with the public/customers.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently.
- Ability to walk the community nightly and use stairs consistently.

Pay

Schedule
Evenings and late into the night. Walks through the community and uses stairs will be required for the position. Days off are Saturday and Sunday.
