Night Security | Security Enthusiast (Overnight)

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and hotel property
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the hotel and public areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and guest concerns
• Escort guests or team members when necessary
• Aid with overnight guest requests, room deliveries, and support calls
• Monitor surveillance systems and maintain security equipment per hotel standards
• Investigate incidents, accidents, injuries, or disturbances and complete required reports
• Identify and address safety hazards or policy violations
• Coverage of local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed
• Accurately complete daily shift activity and incident reports
• Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and protocols
• Support a positive guest experience while enforcing hotel safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Team members are expected to follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Hospitality is a 24/7 business, and schedules may vary based on operational needs.
