Night Route Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Service and merchandise vending machines and markets
• Deliver OCS orders
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment
• Utilize company vehicle and tablet for inventory management
• Count, record, and order inventory
• Restock shelves and coolers
• Handle out-of-date or rejected merchandise
• Load and unload products safely
• Optimize route efficiency
• Monitor and report on equipment temperature
• Collect and record transactions
• Perform routine cleaning
• Inspect and report on product quality
• Initiate service requests for technical support
• Train new Route Merchandisers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Meet DOT requirements and pass background and driving history checks
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems
• Ability to operate box trucks (if applicable)
• Ability to operate pallet jacks (if applicable)

• Strong visual merchandising abilities and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming product presentation
