Responsibilities
- Provide overnight cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of the Kitchen Back of House (BOH) areas including scouring walls and mopping kitchen floors
- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Organize items as they are cleaned, restock areas where items are stored
- Maintain cleanliness of work station, kitchen and food storage areas
- Follow all procedures detailed in F&B Department and Health and Safety manuals in accordance with Company procedures
- Follow proper use and storage of chemicals used to clean kitchen items
- Understand Company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
- Adherence to Duties Checklist and completion of other duties as requested
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe or equivalent certification as required by Company F&B policy
- Able to take direction and change tasks quickly
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
- Must be able to carry up to 25lbs. regularly and lift up to 50lbs. occasionally
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast paced environment, in close proximity to other people
