Night Owls with a Heart: Caregiver (Thu–Sat Nights)

Shift Details & Perks

• Consistent Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
• Earn More: This position includes a $1/hr weekend night shift differential.

Caregivers Provide

• Support residents with their daily care needs as indicated in their service plans.
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' health.
• Aid in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights.

Qualifications

• Organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and have a passion to serve others.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.

• Consistently reports to work on-time and completes scheduled shifts.

• Performs other duties as assigned by RN and Health Services Administrator.
• Notifies supervisors of any needed supplies.
• Attends education and training classes, including as necessary to fulfill state and company regulations.
