About the role

The Night Operations Services Manager oversees evening operations across multiple client locations, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. This role provides leadership, training, and support to site team members, serves as the primary point of contact for night-shift operations, and manages workforce, quality assurance, safety compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Complete site inspections using the ABM Site Inspection system and report any issues, hazards, or safety concerns.
  • Coordinate nightly tickets/tasks with the team members.
  • Review team member performance and ensure job descriptions and work schedules are current.
  • Conduct performance coaching and safety training, collaborating with the ABM Safety and Risk team.
  • Manage replacement staffing coverage files and train new team members.
  • Maintain weekly audits of team member attendance, timekeeping, and labor hours.
  • Monitor and oversee restorative cleaning processes during the PM shift.
  • Communicate and follow up on night-shift issues with day management and the Sr. District Manager.
  • Inspect and manage specialty service scheduling.
  • Schedule and oversee special cleaning requests.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Manage CorrigoPro work orders and tickets.
  • Submit payroll accurately and within deadlines.
  • Remain available for holidays, weekends, and weather-related emergencies.
  • Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain equipment inventory.
  • Support business needs with a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience with payroll systems, work order management platforms, and inventory control.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in cost estimating/pricing work required.
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Pay

$95,000 – $105,000 annual salary (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Must be available to work holidays and weekends as operational needs require.
