About the role
We are currently searching for a Night Nurse Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Warren Barr Orland Park. Responsibilities
- Manage operations of your assigned unit
- Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Achieve a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Maintain established infection prevention practices
- Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs
Requirements
- Minimum of an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferable but not required
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
Skills
- Knowledge of infection prevention practices
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage staff effectively
