Responsibilities
- Respond to infants' needs, ensure safety, and assist with feedings and diaper changes
- Monitor and soothe babies, ensuring they are comfortable and well-rested
- Collaborate with parents to establish sleep routines and strategies
- Maintain records of infants' activities and progress
- Communicate effectively and share updates with parents
Requirements
- Valid nursing license required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Availability during nighttime hours
Qualifications
