About the role
Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking RN/LPNs on their overnight shift (11p-7a).
Responsibilities
- Administer Meds
- Complete Assessments
- Ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain safety of residents.
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
