About the Role

As a Night Maintenance team member at Cracker Barrel, you’ll work third shift to prepare the store for the next day. From the kitchen to the front porch, you’ll focus on cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the store remains fresh and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in behind-the-scenes work, follows safety and cleanliness standards, and thrives in a quiet, overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is ready for the next business day

Requirements

• Believes a clean, well-kept space is foundational to great hospitality
• Enjoys quiet, focused work and thrives on an overnight shift
• No prior restaurant experience required—training provided
