About the Role
As a Night Maintenance team member at Cracker Barrel, you’ll work third shift to ensure everything is ready for the next day. From the kitchen to the front porch, you’ll focus on cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and maintaining a fresh, welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean floors, spotless equipment, and overall store cleanliness
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Perform behind-the-scenes tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Work independently during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Believes a clean, well-kept space is foundational to great hospitality
- Takes pride in behind-the-scenes work
- Enjoys quiet, focused work and thrives on an overnight shift
- No restaurant experience required—training provided
