Night - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. We are a nurse-founded, clinically led organization with a mission to provide high-quality home health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain patient condition and complete assessments
• Educate and support families
• Follow individualized plan of care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred
