About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to keep our facilities clean during evening hours. The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, securing the building, and ensuring the premises are ready for the next day.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and maintaining it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Work well without direct supervision.
• Communicate potential problems to supervisors promptly.
• Safe handling of a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E‑Verify).
